Global HR Platform — Document & eSigning
Engineered the document management and eSigning domain within a globally distributed HR platform serving enterprise organisations across multiple regions. The service owns the full lifecycle of HR documents — from generation and routing to legally binding eSigning workflows — built on an event-driven backbone of Azure Service Bus and Azure Container Apps. CosmosDB provides globally distributed, low-latency document state, while strict application of Domain-Driven Design and modern architectural patterns keeps a compliance-critical domain precise, auditable, and maintainable at scale.
EDI Transaction Visibility Platform
Delivered a high-performance observability platform giving operations teams real-time insight into EDI processing pipelines handling millions of transactions daily. Performance and reliability were non-negotiable: Azure Data Explorer drives sub-second analytics at scale, while Azure Kubernetes Service and cloud-native architectural patterns keep the system fault-tolerant and continuously observable under sustained load. Served globally through Azure Front Door, with MongoDB handling flexible transaction metadata across the entire pipeline.
